Q: My order has been misplaced or lost by the shipper. I need it now. Can't you just send a duplicate?
A: UPS, FedEx, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking firms usually will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by untimely or late shipments. We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner, or are liable in any way to the purchaser in this responsibility. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the 3rd party shipper that was used in your original first order shipment validates your claim of non-receipt to us, at that time ONLY we will refund your original credit card that was charged for the shipment that you did not receive.
