Store Policies

We offer a 30 day guarantee from the (date of arrival) on all our merchandise.

Delivery time frame of your purchased order(s) with us.
When you have placed your order with Family-eStore
it may take up to (24 hours) for us to verify that your credit card is valid and has been charged for your order thru our (third party processor). Once we verify that your order(s) are paid for (in full), ONLY then will we place your order(s).

ANY order(s) by you that are placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the (next regular business day). Once we place your order(s) it usually takes (2-3) normal business days for you order(s) to be shipped.
Our normal business days are Monday thru Friday (ONLY).
NOTE:
All “Rush” (2nd day) shipments will take these same timeframes listed above before they are shipped.
Please keep these time frames in mind when ordering from us, and calculating your order(s) arrival date.

Canceled order(s) in the same day that you place them.
If for some reason you would like your purchase order canceled in the same day that it was placed, please email or call us immediately, providing us with your name, phone number, email address, and our invoice number(s) of your purchase(s). We will respond back to you a.s.a.p. with an eMail at the eMail address you provide us with for your confirmation of Family-eStore
receiving your order cancellation. If you elect to call us and receive no answer, please leave a message with the information requested above. If for some reason the message recorder does not work, or you are not capable and leaving a voice message, please email us with your cancellation information a.s.a.p. at: Family_eStore@hotmail.com.
If we receive your cancellation request within (24 hours) from the time you originally placed your order(s), or we have not yet placed your order, Family-eStore
will refund the full purchase amount to your original credit card that you used to made this purchase with, or to your PayPal account that was used.
Note: Any purchases for tangible items that do not reflect a shipping charge on your invoice will be canceled by us. We will notify you at the email address that you gave when placing this order of your orders cancellation by Family-eStore due to the lack of payment on your part for the shipping of your order, and you will need to place your order again.

Canceled order(s) after your order(s) has been placed by us.
We ONLY gives store credit for cancellations made by customers once we have placed your order, (and or), have already shipped this order with (NO EXCEPTIONS). If your order has already been shipped by us, and for some reason we cannot get our third party shipper to redirect and return your order to Family-eStore before if arrives at the original destination, the buyer will be solely liable and responsible for the return shipping costs to send ANY merchandise back to Family-eStore. 

(Items found discontinued) and (Items ordered) that are temporarily out of stock.
We will promptly notify you a.s.a.p. via your email address that you submit when you placed your order if any item(s) that you order have been discontinued or not currently in stock, and the date of the new stock arrival. You then will have the option of:

1. Waiting for the new stock arrival.
2. Ordering comparable item(s).
3. Given a complete refund for the (discontinued or temporarily out of stock merchandise)  to the original credit card that your purchase was charged on, or the PayPal account that was used.

Our Refund Policy within our (30 day guarantee) on returning merchandise.
Your merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance by Family-eStore
before any refunds are to be made by us:
1. Merchandise must be returned in its (original) minimum inner package quantity as shipped to you undamaged. Family-eStore cannot resell it (as New) without the original packaging intack. 
2. Item(s) purchased must arrive to us bearing no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged (in our opinion) upon our inspection of your return.
3. Returned merchandise, package(s) must arrive back to us within (40 days) of the original purchase date to be qualified for a refund, and with our return authorization number(s) legibly on the outside lower left corner of the package(s) that we will give you upon your notification to Family-eStore
requesting a refund with (NO EXCEPTIONS).

NOTE:
Buyer pays for any cost(s) incurred of the shipping return(s) on ANY merchandise refund returns.  You will also incur a (20%) restocking fee to be deducted from the original purchase cost, plus a $5 handling fee for our processing this refund. All refunds will be given to the original credit card that was used to make the initial purchase, or to your PayPal account that you used ONLY after we receive the return package from you, and we have inspected the return and agree in our opinion that the returned merchandise is not damaged in any way (With No Exceptions).  Please remember that 10% of all our sales is donated to charity, and is built into the restocking fee that we charge.  We hope that you will not begrudge us for doing this.

Merchandise that arrives to you damaged.
Any merchandise that arrives to you damaged upon your initial receipt of the merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance and replacement. First you (the buyer) will need to contact us via our telephone number or our email address be given a return authorization number(s) by Family-eStore
before you return ANY item(s):

(1.) Buyer will email or call Family-eStore within 24 hours upon receipt of your damaged order(s), and provide a detailed description of damage(s) to Family-eStore. Any notifications that we receive from a customer in regards to any merchandise damage(s) after 24 hours of the package(s) arrival will automatically incur a ($5) handling fee that will be charged to your credit card that you used to make your original purchase from us with, or PayPal account. For Family-eStore to waive the ($5) handling charge, please email or call us promptly to report the merchandise damage. Upon calling Family-eStore, if it is after our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm (MST), or not on our normal business days (M-F), or on a Nationally observed Holiday, or for some reason Family-eStore does not answer, please leave us a detailed message with your name, phone number(s) and best hours that you can be reached via telephone. Your legitimate email address that you can be reached, and the invoice number(s) of your purchase(s), and we will respond back to you a.s.a.p. either by email or your phone number(s) that you leave with your message. If for some unknown reason the message recorder does not work, or you are not capable and leaving a voice message, you will need to email us a.s.a.p. with your damage report at: Family_eStore@hotmail.com

(2.) A merchandise return authorization number(s) must be given to you by Family-eStore first before you ship ANY merchandise back to Family-eStore for any reason.

(3.) Your assigned return authorization number(s) must be legibly written on the outer package in the bottom left corner of the package(s) that you return to us for identification purposes. If you elect to ship back ANY package(s) to Family-eStore without a return authorization number(s) given by us, Family-eStore cannot be considered liable for any further shipping cost(s) that may incur.  ANY return shipments to Family-eStore without a return authorization number(s) WILL NOT receive any merchandise replacement(s), refunds, or store credit, and that you agree that Family-eStore CANNOT be considered liable to you for any compensation for this type of a return.

Our conditions and limitations for merchandise damaged during the shipment caused by the shipper.
All merchandise damaged during shipment by the shipper will be covered ONLY by the shipper.
NOTE: Established procedures by U.P.S., FedEx, DHL, U.S. Parcel Post, and Trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
Family-eStore IS NOT to be considered monetarily liable any for merchandise replacement(s) or any costs that may incur beyond the shipper’s coverage. Your completing a purchase with Family-eStore is your acknowledgment of agreement and acceptance of this policy with us.

Shipping delays:
If there are any type of shipping delays unforeseen that occur, and Family-eStore is notified by our shipper; you will be notified a.s.a.p. via your email the time length of the delay, and a revised shipping arrival date of your order(s).
Because the shipper(s) that we use are not employees of Family-eStore or affiliated in any way with Family-eStore we cannot guarantee the arrival date of any order placed Family-eStore, or be considered liable in anyway for any arrival delays; but will do our best to contact the shippers we use and attempt to comply with your requests. If your package(s) will not be delivered from our 3rd party shipper by your requested date, and if the 3rd party shipper can offer to comply with your ship date, but will do this only with extra shipping charges placed on your order to comply with your arrival date, we will contact you and offered this service. You then will have the option at that point to accept or deny these additional charges to expedite your package(s).
Family-eStore is in no way responsible or liable to you for any additional shipping charges due, with (No Exceptions).

Q:
My order has been misplaced or lost by the shipper. I need it now. Can't you just send a duplicate? A: UPS, FedEx, U.S. Parcel Post, and Trucking firms usually will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by untimely or late shipments. We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner, or are liable in any way to the purchaser in this responsibility. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the 3rd party shipper that was used in your original first order shipment validates your claim of non-receipt to Family-eStore, at that time ONLY we will refund your original credit card that was charged IN FULL for the shipment that you did not receive.

Customer order(s) changes or mistakes made by you:
Any customer that requests Family-eStore to change the originally placed (ship to) address, and the change of address incurs an additional shipping charge by our 3rd party shipper, the charge(s) will be paid solely by the buyer, and will be charged to the original credit card by Family-eStore to cover the additional (ship to) charge(s). Family-eStore is not liable, or will NOT be considered monetarily liable by the purchaser to compensate you for ANY customer (ship to) address mistakes made by the original buyer once you place your order with us, and we have in turn placed this order, (or) it is already in route by our 3rd party shipper, including lost or stolen shipments delivered to the wrong address.
If in placing your original order with Family-eStore you discover that an address mistake is made on your part to the (ship to) address, please contact us immediately. Providing we have not placed your order in our system yet, we will correct your error at no additional cost to you.

NOTE: Any item(s) return(s) made by the original buyer, or (ship to) receiver which do not meet the conditions and limitation above, and is shipped back to Family-eStore
with any conditions or instructions that are listed above that are not followed precisely by you, as described on this policy page, will be reshipped back to the buyer’s original shipping address (as is). The buyer will then be exclusively bound and liable and charged for our shipping cost of this return by Family-eStore to the original credit card that was used by you, plus an additional $5 handling fee will also be charged to the buyer’s original credit card that was used to make this original purchase with.

Gift Certificates
Our “Gift Certificates” are non-transferable from the original receiver, and can only be redeemed at Family-eStore
for the monetary equivalent of the “Gift Certificate” amount(s) in purchase(s), tax, and shipping charges. There are absolutely NO cash refunds given to the receiver of our “Gift Certificate”(s), with NO EXCEPTIONS. (ONLY) the original purchaser of our “Gift Certificates” can receive a refund (upon request). "Gift Certificate" refund requests will be honored by us within (30 days) of their original purchase (ONLY). "Gift Certificate" refunds will be only refunded to the original credit card that you used to make the original purchase with, or to your PayPal account that you originally used.  "Gift Certificate" refunds are given ONLY for the amount of any (unused) portions of the "Gift Certificate"(s).
Any "Gift Certificate" refund requests made by the original buyer after (30 days) of their original purchase date will ONLY be given credit on the monetary equivalent for use at Family-eStore.

ANY purchased "Gift Certificate"(s) will expire (6 months) from the day of their original purchase. After the 6 month expiration date, Family-eStore cannot be considered monetarily liable, and NO store credit will be given, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone purchasing anything at this website anytime will be considered that they read and fully agree with these terms stated above, and are bound and liable by them. If you do not accept or agree with any of the terms, conditions, or limitations currently listed above please do not make a purchase from us.
